Billboard asked its readers to vote on the top ten videos of the 00's. Lady Gaga's Bad Romance tops the list. Not to have a Kanye West moment, but Single Ladies by Beyonce should have been #1. Everybody and their mama posted a Single Ladies interpretation video on YouTube, but the public has spoken.
