Tech Fix - Stuxnet Virus Responsible For Virginia Earthquake?

I was under the impression yesterday, after news broke out that my area in New York was hit by an earthquake that this was a man-made earthquake. After watching this video today, in which a man-made virus has the ability to control nuclear reactors and oil drills, that my thought of a man-made earthquake was not very far fetched!
